Dr. Joshua Asubiaro is a visionary clinical research leader, pharmaceutical physician, and accomplished healthcare entrepreneur with over a decade of experience at the intersection of medicine, pharmaceuticals, and business innovation. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Clinicalysis Research, a dynamic clinical trial organization committed to excellence in site-based research, medical oversight, and therapeutic innovation across europe, africa and beyond.
A medical doctor with a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Medicine and a Member of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine (MFPM, UK), Dr. Asubiaro brings strategic insight and operational excellence to every phase of clinical development. His expertise spans clinical trial execution, regulatory compliance, therapeutic area leadership, and stakeholder engagement across pharma, biotech, and global CROs.
Dr. Asubiaro’s career is distinguished by a rare blend of scientific rigour and entrepreneurial acumen. In addition to his leadership in clinical research, he has successfully founded and managed multiple healthcare businesses, demonstrating strong commercial insight and a passion for sustainable health innovations in emerging markets.

Olajumoke Elizabeth Ligbago combines deep scientific training with high-level project management experience to lead day-to-day operations at Clinicalysis.
She holds a BSc in Chemistry and dual Master’s degrees in Library Science and Cybersecurity, giving her a rare mix of research insight and advanced data-governance expertise.
After almost 2 decades in the financial sector, where she developed robust skills in compliance, risk management, and operational leadership, she transitioned into clinical research.
Before joining the research world, Olajumoke spent almost 2 decades in the financial sector managing complex projects in the financial industry, building strong skills in organization and care for detail.
For the past two years she has served as Project Manager and Study Manager at Bioluminux Research, successfully overseeing multiple Phase 2–4 clinical trials from start-up through close-out.
She is also certified in Good Clinical Practice (ICH E6 R3) ensuring strict adherence to international regulatory standards.
At Clinicalysis, Olajumoke is the primary contact for all study-related activities, safeguarding participant welfare, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring seamless collaboration with sponsors and CRO partners.
Her proven ability to integrate scientific rigor with operational excellence makes her an invaluable leader for every study conducted at the site.
Dr Lesley Duah-Manu is a Physician Investigator at Clinicalysis Research, bringing a strong clinical foundation together with a background in cancer research.
She holds a Master of Medicine from the Medical University of Plovdiv, Bulgaria, and a Master of Science in Cancer Biology from the University of Kent, building on a Biomedical Sciences degree from the University of Bradford.
Her research explored genetic markers linked to pancreatic cancer risk and the mechanisms behind chemotherapy resistance in tumour cells.
Her clinical training spans internal medicine, general surgery, and obstetrics and gynaecology, giving her broad hospital experience across multiple specialties before moving into clinical research.
She is fully registered with the GMC and ICH-GCP trained, with additional certification in biological sample handling and infection prevention.
At Clinicalysis, Lesley brings a thorough, detail-oriented approach to patient care throughout the trial process, supported by a solid grounding in both clinical medicine and research methodology.
Dr Abolore Shittu brings over a decade of hospital medicine experience to Clinicalysis Research, spanning primary care, emergency medicine, surgery, neurosurgery, trauma and orthopaedics, stroke medicine, paediatrics, and obstetrics & gynaecology.
As a Physician Investigator and GCP-trained Principal Investigator, he supports the safe, high-quality delivery of clinical trials across a wide range of therapeutic areas including cardiovascular disease, neurology and psychiatry, respiratory and infectious disease, dermatology, and women’s and men’s health.
He is committed to making clinical research more accessible to patients in the community, and to ensuring every study he leads meets the highest standards of safety and scientific rigour.
Andreea is the Data Coordinator Manager at Clinicalysis, where she manages the data team and supports the day-to-day delivery of clinical research studies.
She studied International Relations and has a strong background in project management, having worked for several years across different industries, including roles with Microsoft, financial sector, and at FDM. This experience gave her a solid foundation in managing projects, coordinating teams and working with people across different organisations.
Two years ago, Andreea moved into the pharmaceutical and clinical research sector, where she has continued to build her experience in research operations and clinical data management.
At Clinicalysis, she oversees the data coordination team and works closely with the wider research team to make sure study data and documentation are managed accurately and efficiently.
